I approached Transend with high hopes given their longstanding presence in the industry. Initially, the communication was smooth, and there was a genuine indication of a fruitful collaboration ahead. Unfortunately, as the project progressed, we encountered a series of disagreements and unmet expectations that significantly marred our experience.
Despite our willingness to resolve the issues amicably, we felt that our concerns were not adequately addressed, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and, frankly, disheartened. A resolution seemed within reach at several points during our interactions, yet it felt like the goalposts were continually being moved, making an agreement elusive.
Furthermore, the insistence on a settlement agreement that would restrict our ability to share our honest experience felt like an infringement on our right to freedom of speech, a principle we hold dear and which is central to maintaining trust and transparency in business relationships. It is important for potential clients to have a full picture, encompassing both the positive and the negative aspects, to make informed decisions.
We are sharing this review to exercise our legal right to freedom of speech, highlighting both the potential and the pitfalls based on our personal experience. It is always recommended to communicate clearly and maintain a written record of all interactions to safeguard one's interests in any business partnership.
