I’ve used Mark Leingang at TransOlympic on a few different occasions and I think the only reason I’ve continued to do so is for the hope that he’d become better with time. However it has been the complete opposite and he’s developed more consistent excuses and reasons that he’s unable to be punctual or follow direction. I’ve had him on a project for 6 months, he’s stood me up on scheduled appointments, delayed to the point he’d forgotten his course of work and ultimately called and brought to the attention a larger scope of work to the city than what they had originally called for. He is not somebody I would recommend and if you’re looking for an engineer I’d recommend looking elsewhere as they are unprofessional and don’t follow through with the agreed upon work in a timely manner. They’d rather broaden the scope and delay your project far beyond reason. STAY AWAY FROM Mark Leingang and TransOlympic when looking for an engineer.
