Planned a trip to Australia with them, had an amazing time, they made all arrangements from flight, hotels even helped us get our visas. I definitely recommend them and recommend anyone visit Australia!

I spoke with an absurdly rude woman who works for them. I actually had to end the conversation by saying "I'm sorry, you are being so incredibly rude that I can't speak with you anymore." I have honestly never reviewed anything online, but felt like I had to after speaking with this woman. I am sure that not everyone who works here is as negative. I understand that people have bad days, but I've also worked in the service industry for a long time and know that you need to treat people with respect regardless of how you are feeling.
