This is my first time here, I was visiting from Sacramento last night, I drove all the way from Sacramento to Redding, I went by myself. The hotel service was really good. The staff at the front desk in the lobby were really nice and respectful. After I got my hotel card for the room I was staying in, when I went inside hotel room number #250, I noticed the floor was really clean and the bed was well made when I came in, I also noticed there was a refrigerator and a microwave as well and a table for me to eat dinner.

We stayed here in a room with kitchenette for 3 days and had a pleasant experience. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Area is safe and reasonably quiet during nights. Front desk staff were good and available round the clock. Only concern I had is, the ceiling is not that height (may be 6.5 ft) and had fire sprinklers installed, so people has to be careful with them.

The price quoted stated fees included. It went from $128 to $141 when all was said and done for an old, dirty room. We won' stay there again. The staff were all very friendly and capable. The housekeepers could do a much better job even if the building is older.
