I attempted to seek post-pardon care but did not feel that I met their criteria as a struggling mom. They assured me I was covered by insurance before coming in for a $600 intake, where I very openly talked about trauma and struggles as a new mother, only to get turned away with no assistance and sent on my way with discouragement. Now I am being harassed by the billing department for not paying for services I do not receive. As a mom with a daughter born with severe medical needs, I am unable to work or pay medical bills. This office does not care, they want your money. Please triple check that this office does take your insurance, before attempting to ask for help.
