I just drove 1 hour and 45 min to handle in bank business. The Bank needs to update thier website regarding the change in bank hours. Just waisted 1/2 my day off driving here and home because they are closed. While typing this at the branch, (approximately 5 minutes) I seen about 20 other people who were also expecting it to be open.

My husband found money left in an ATM machine, being honest he returned it back to the bank. Tellers didn't take a statement (most likely took the money) , he gave the ATM card, the cash and the receipt and said it was left there when he rolled up to use the machine. Do you think they honor honesty at this bank? NOPE instead they charged us the amount of money that was turned into the bank for the person that had left it. 5 Times this bank has made mistakes, perhaps they were a good bank once upon a time but not anymore. Thank GOD for video cameras showing him returning the money, and the date and which tellers took it. They wanted us to drop the dispute because they don't want to look bad...NOPE, this is what you get Travis for not rewarding honest people. Enjoy the dispute and bad mark. Sad when you try to be an honest person and turn stuff in because it's the right thing to do and it's not your money, you get penalized.

I have been with Travis Credit Union for about nine years now and I have never had an issue and am glad that I chose them. But....I have had to go in a couple times within the last week and the main woman that sits to the left as you enter should not be in that position. I can not remember her name especially since she has acted as though she was annoyed and disinterested both times I have gone in. It is especially frustrating when I go into an institution and I am one that is trying to be as pleasant as possible to a rude representative. I have trained customer service in the financial Industry and I know that this woman needs some more customer in-service training on the attitude she portrays to the public because she is downright unwelcoming. I am sorry if she is having some sort of troubles, when you walk through that door and sit at that station you should engage with customers/members and make them feel welcome and if you can not do that, just stay home.
