Update: while I appreciate treadmill Outlet finally getting in contact with me. I had to do it through a review why? I have already called you multiple times since November between those hours and written you at least three emails I'm looking at knee surgery and back surgery I don't need the burden of trying to contact you once again. I don't want my treadmill back I want you to pay me for it . It's been out of my hands way too long to feel comfortable taking it back. Just be a person of your word and cut me a check.Jerrold agreed that you would pay me $500 . If I didn't opt for an exercise bicycle surgeries keeping me from it So just cut me a check send it to my address you have my address you have my phone number please respect your customers we are not just chattel for you to make money off of and I'm very disappointed in you as a person I thought you were a good guy .
Original review:This business has my treadmill since Nov 2023 And now I can't get them to answer an email or a phone call about terms for sale. So either give me my treadmill back or pay me for it before I start a small claim suit .
