I have called this company 3 times now as they charged me twice for the same service a month ago. They always say a manager I unavailable but the will be handled. It hasn’t, I left a star because the treatment was for but very overpriced if I had to pay for it 2 time.

Just signed up with Treebark, but could not have had a better experience thus far. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time on the phone following up on the estimate to make sure I understood, was honest, and even tried to explain that I may still be covered under a previous company's warranty (due to new work, I was not). He also spent time helping me with other treatment I was planning on doing myself and emailed back quickly. A great personal experience so far, and I highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service! No communication what so ever! Started with scheduling initial treatment, their website said they had an appointment available which I scheduled only to be called 15 later saying it was not available. Come out for first treatment, told that a second visit of initial treatment is needed in a week, was told date and time, no one showed up. Then get a bill for full service even though not completed. Called them, left a vm, three weeks later still no call back. Now get email that routine follow up has been scheduled even though it was not requested and initial was never finished. Call their customer service, the woman rudely interrupts me and hangs up on me while I was trying to explain the issue. This company feels like one of those businesses that once you sign up, you can’t cancel. Buyer beware!
