I have eaten at Trejos over 20 times and the Quesabirria tacos and tortas are my fave

Gross ....totally love Danny Trejo and his book is amazing. These beef tacos at the amphitheatre where 3 soggy beef with more tomatoes than beef. Very little cojita cheese. Taco bell beef taco or even jack in the box are better

Queso birria tacos very good. They had good flavor. Not my favorite consome but they really didn’t need it. Love the hub atmosphere. Food was hot fresh and quick!!
