The new Trek shop is good and has a great staff. But y'all should be aware that most of these reviews are actually for Old Town Bicycle. The Old Town owners retired (I believe) and sold to Trek in 2023. Just a heads up 👍

I spent about 6 minutes in the store and had 2 employees ignore me and help someone else while I was in line. Someone came in, walked around me in line, leaned on the counter and went into a long chat with one employee about his vacation. When I finally got my item the employee asked for nearly $60 more than the price tag. So much for buying local. Next time I’m ordering online.
