I had a flat and they fit me in despite not having many folks in that day. Couldn't find whatever had punctured the tube but said to come back in for a free fix if they'd overlooked something and it went flat again.

I miss the old Livermore Cyclery LBS, but these guys do have their act together. I have only been there a few times since Trek took over, great experience each time I have walked in the door.
