My favorite Trek store centrally located in San Diego. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s not a cheap bicycle but think of it as an investment; it’ll last you for a long time if you keep it maintained. Their service department can service other bicycle brands as well. They are having a big sale for month of March so take an advantage!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Bob! As a new rider, I was a bit nervous, but Bob went above and beyond to help me out. He even texted me personally to fix a situation, which I greatly appreciated. What really stood out was when he helped me put on my clip-in shoes—definitely not part of his job, but he did it with a smile. I later found out that he's usually off on weekends, so if you're looking to rent a bike or need any bike repairs, I highly recommend visiting during the week when Bob is there. He truly made my experience exceptional!

I had a superb experience with purchasing a carbon handlebar for a bike build. Jake and Jordan were super knowledgeable and helpful! In addition to the handlebar, they recommended various accessories to help maintain my bike and confirmed the model of dropper post shifter that would fit with my bike build. They ordered it for delivery to the store. We also discussed a potential e-bike purchase. A Trek model that I was especially interested in was recently discontinued, but they were able to give me hope for finding it through various searches. This is my new favorite bike shop! :-)
