I mostly liked everyone’s friendly attitude. Whether over the phone or in person, everyone was a pleasure to interact with. Shoutout to Aaron (I forgot how to spell his name) for getting me in and out of the store as quickly as possible.

Friendly and attentive service. I called and talked with Quinn on the phone and she gave accurate and friendly information. Once I arrived I was greeted and shown to the service area where Quinn and another lady helped fix my flat tire. I was in and out in under 15 minutes for an affordable price. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Purchased a Marlin+8 ebike and worked with Kimberley. When I went to pick up the bike she had it all ready for me, and spent a lot of time going over all my questions. She is amazing. Also, Quinn was great in adding some needed accessories while I waited a very short time. The customer experience is awesome at this store, I would definitely recommend Tukwila Trek!
