I’m very impressed with my treatment by my medical providers especially if compared back to 2009!! They’ve come a loooooong way!!!!
Very easy to talk to my providers n I’m satisfied with they’re suggestions. My endocrinologist is the best I’ve ever had. Beside she n her warm clear disposition is such a welcome. Would recommend the clinic (in Richland) and believe they’ll be satisfied!

I made an appointment with an endocrinologist in October. It was a two month lead time to get in so I took the first opening available on Christmas Eve. I showed up on Christmas Eve and was told the doctor retired and handed a flyer dated saying the doctor retired as of 11/7. It was bad enough not seeing any provider but I got the "so what" attitude from the desk staff besides screwing up all my holiday travel plans. I received no notification or call from TCCH telling me any of this. To put it plane and simple, if they can't handle a simple appointment and cancellation with professionalism, I'm certainly not going to trust them with my health needs. I recommend you see a provider that can handle the simple things.

Today, I called two different places (Pasco & Richland) to make an appointment as a first-time WIC patient. I tried to make a request for accommodation ASL interpreter but I receive a rude attitude voice. It did not make me feel welcome at all. So I have to give this review 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐
