I started pelvic floor PT last winter to address some lingering issues from one of my three births. It morphed into Becca helping me address some hip tightness while getting back into running postpartum, and I ran a half marathon after not doing one in over 5 years! I ended up seeing Nathan as well, and he gave me some great running-specific guidance and gave me the final push I needed to commit to my first full marathon, which I ran last weekend!
Becca was great to work with for the intimate pelvic floor work, and makes you feel completely at ease and in control. If it’s in your budget (I used my HSA since they don’t network with insurance) I highly recommend them. :)
