Had Kinetico water softener installed about a month ago Great customer service. Installers showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. Prior to leaving installer explained how unit operated. So far, great product. I would recommend. Many online forums questioned whether there is a drop in water pressure when system is flushing. We have not had pressure issues.

We had Tr-Cities Water Store install their recommended unit 20 years ago when we built our home here in Kennewick. We have never had an issue or concern ever! We have gotten to know the family really well over these years. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Always great customer service and product. Honesty and Integrity is hard to find these days.
