Dr Thielges and staff were excellent. Dr T was friendly and was knowledgeable in talking about my infant who was having ankle problems. All staff also followed proper COVID-19 procedures. Excellent professional and friendliness.

I would recommend tricitie foot and ankle to anyone with a foot problem. This clinic is a model of efficiency. It was effortless to make an appointment, for which the wait was less than a week. The staff knows what they are doing. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see a doctor. Whom are informative and easy to talk to. While being efficient is great, what makes trip cities foot and ankle awesome is that everyone there actually cares about you and your feet. You are received with warm smiles friendly faces. These people will always go the extra mile for their patients. I would not go anywhere else for foot care.

Dr. T and his staff are so kind and accommodating. I have never had to wait more then a few minutes to be seen. Dr T takes his time to listen and address all your concerns. They don’t make you feel like you are just another patient, they actually care. I wish more offices ran their practice like Tri-Cities foot and ankle.
