On Wednesday April 7, 2021, I went into the shop to request a rekey of a doorknob that I had trouble getting the key into the slot. I was asked if the lock had been lubricated and I informed the locksmith that it had not. The locksmith lubricated the lock and it worked like a charm. I asked how much for the service and the locksmith would not accept money for the assistance. I purchased some other items that I needed and thanked the locksmith for his assistance. Very honest locksmith and would recommend this shop to anyone who needed locksmith services.

I had my car door lock broken and called locksmiths in my area and tri county was the only one that answered and gave me an over the phone estimate. I came in and Fred was very helpful , gave me an honest opinion on what I should do. I didn't have the part that fit over the lock me and he said if you can't figure out how to get it on come back. well I couldn't and he did got it on a and did charge me anything and it wasn't just an easy snap on thanks tri county best locksmiths ever.

Had difficulty securing a key for a very old lock. Went to 3 other locksmiths and none had a blank with which to make the key. George Edwards was outstanding with his service-professional, friendly, and courteous. Your company is fortunate to have such a diligent employee. I will always return to your company and be glad to recommend it to anyone inquiring.
