Best Customer Service Ever! They send emails throughout the order process and follow through on their shipping timelines. You can usually receive your items within 3-4 days, which is amazing during these crazy Covid times. Superior customer service is hard to find so it is truly appreciated!

I've ordered from them 3 times and very satisfied with everything. Last order I made a mistake and ordered a duplicate. Darien jumped in immediately, corrected my order and was delivered two days later.
Would not hesitate to keep ordering from them and recommending them.

I purchased a metal model from Tri-M several months ago and did not have a good experience. I wrote them at the time and, though I did not receive an answer at the time and though, after several months not writing a response would have been completely understandable, Darian wrote me an email a few days ago, offered to refund the entire amount of the order I was not satisfied with and was completely gracious in all his correspondence. I have bought a lot of models from these guys, but now I will intend to buy any future models from them. Having someone you can trust is rare. Darian can be trusted. Very impressed.
