Beat TRI TIP EVER!! I dont know how long it takes him to make this, but it tastes like BBQ, not lighter fluid, not "coal-e," it tastes like he's cooked it for hours or days & it cuts like butter with hardly any fat. Just enough on it to melt in your mouth! Be prepared, his chili is equally amazing and packs a semi punch. Have milk on hand. He was eating as we walked up and it looked amazing. The pictures posted are true to form! I dare you not to proclaim it the best in the west!!!!
