Very pleased with the product and service from TriBest. Have a PB-250A personal blender that stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. Called customer service to see what options were available, spoke with Anna, who was very pleasant and helpful. Had me walk through a simple test process at home, but that did not resolve the problem. Ended up dropping my TriBest off for them to look at it about an hour later, Anna greeted me at the doorway (Covid-19 protocols) and the item was repaired and returned within 10 minutes. Have previously ordered some spare parts via the telephone, and everything was easy and positive, as well. Happy customer, and love the personal blender. Thank you, Anna!

Let me first say that I do love the juicer so this company does have that going for them but their customer service is absolutely the worst. After ordering my juicer on a Friday, I promptly received a call from the company asking if they could send it with signature required at delivery. To be safe given the cost, I said yes. I was actually impressed with the promptness. Once I received the shipping notification with the estimated delivery date, I made arrangements to have someone there to sign for it. Well, come the next week I noticed that there hadn't been any update to the tracking number. I contacted customer service and apparently a part was backordered yet I was never notified that there was a shipping delay. So then they said it would be shipped that day. Well it was never picked up until the following day at end of business so the juicer I was supposed to receive that Thursday I didn't receive until the following Tuesday (again having to make arrangements for someone to sign). Then the icing on the cake was the book that they had a special offer for was added to my order but was not included! I emailed customer service and was first told that it must be out of stock. .sorry...but when I pointed out that they are still offering it for free on their website, I'm then told that they could give it to me but I would have to pay shipping. I just spent over $600 with your company and obviously I'm not worth spending $3 in postage to send me the book. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will make sure anyone who asks knows how horrendous their customer service is. You may make a great product but you do not know how to treat customers.
