Our previous service provider was bought out by trilogy, Trilogy came by to pick up waste twice when we weren't there. Received a bill both times for inability to pick-up. Never even knew who the company was, no call before to check on our hours (which were also on Google), and the company scheduled themselves for service the week of Christmas, when we're closed. Never had this issue with the previous service. Customer service gave me a bunch of attitude, blaming it on us. Definitely done with them.
