Visiting as a grown person hoping to replace my precious (decades-old) retainer, I was happily surprised to know that more efficient options are accessible to not only create but improve on a new retainer. A cool 3D smile scanner, the most efficient x ray machine, a spa-like, clean and modern interior, and robust covid precautions are just some of the neat upgrades propel this office into 2021 and beyond. Dr Fong is amazing, each staff member is very professional and friendly (awesome phone presence), and as if that were not enough, the prices are so so reasonable.

Trilogy Orthodontics is a wonderful team of friendly and genuine people. I always look forward to my orthodontics appointments because the office and staff are very welcoming. (It is also a plus that Mrs. Fong decorates the place in such a cute way, for every holiday/season). I felt very informed throughout my whole braces experience of 2 years and 8 months. Dr. Terrence Fong and Dr. Garret Fong are both extremely patient and answer all of my questions with thoroughness and honesty. I was aware of what was happening with my braces and the specifics about how the procedures worked. Furthermore, the staff at Trilogy Orthodontics cares about more than just their patients' braces experience. They are interested in the patients' accomplishments, vacations and aspirations, which they display through various contests throughout the year. My family is very satisfied with their work, as my younger brother has started his orthodontic work here and my youngest brother will do so when the time comes. I will miss my frequent appointments but I am very grateful for the wonderful work that Trilogy Orthodontics does.

This is a very bad experience in this clinic, if I could I will give them 0 start. That day I have a appointment to remove my son’s dental hoop since it already loosed,the young doctor Fang who is the son of this clinic owner only spend 15 seconds to check my son’s teeth, and let us go to make another appointment, he told me that day he is too busy to remove my son’s dental hoop, so I went to the front desk and tried to make another appointment with the nurse, since my son have to go to school in the morning, the doctor didn’t want to work too late at afternoon, so we can not match our schedule until 3 weeks later, I requested the doctor, please remove the hoop now, my son is not comfortable with a loose hoop for 3 weeks, remove it is very quickly, the other procedure could be completed after 3 weeks. But Doctor Fang told me he was too busy to remove it, even we also had appointment, we were not walking in. I asked Why should my son wait for 3 weeks with a loose hoop? The doctor spend 10 minutes to refuse me, if he use the 10 minutes, he already removed it! eventually I told him we could wait, until the last customer in that day, I really did not want my son uncomfortable with the hoop for 3 weeks! you know what? The young doctor Fang asked the nurse to call the police! My son was very scare! I was so sad for this experience! We had made appointment to remove the hoop! And the doctor did nothing and want to call the police! Why? The only one reason is my son’s procedure of fix teeth was almost done! We already completed all of the payments! He needed not to give us a smile face! Maybe That day, doctor Fang has many new customers which have not make the payment! I was so sad the doctor want to call police in front of my son, my son is only 9 years only! My son was so scared! We went out of the clinic immediately! We are all Chinese American, why the young doctor Fang did this?
