Aweful! A couple years ago I had this same office and I missed appointments due to health concerns. Today I went in for a broken tooth and I was chastised and judged for 10 minutes. He told me my mouth was aweful he told me my dentist probably would want to even schedule treatment. Basically making me feel like a waste who the didn’t want to treat. I have never been so belittled by a supposed to be professional healthcare worker. He seemed angry, rude and was very short with me. After chastising me he wouldn’t even talk to me directly. He didn’t say bye or have a good day or anything. He literally told the assistant to not schedule anything except a consult like I’m on probation and have to get back in their good graces before I can get my tooth fixed. I literally left the dentist office sobbing. I have ptsd from a dentist when I was a kid and this has just put me right back to square one
