I had an outstanding service experience with Triton Air. The technician they sent out to our home (Frankie Q.) to service our AC unit that had stopped working, was exceptional in so many ways. He was pleasant, very communicative, thoughtful in describing the issue to me, thorough in investigating all possibilities and he was also technically excellent in repairing our AC unit and getting it up and running in a very short period of time. I would also like to commend Triton Air on having pleasant and efficient scheduling personnel and providing advance notice for arrival and being prompt on the appointment day. I also appreciate the transparency to review the pricing of each repair with the technician in real time with an organized platform to present the costs. As this was our first interaction with Triton Air, I can say that we will be repeat customers in the future for maintenance and any other unexpected AC or heating repairs we need.
