After a traumatic back injury as a pedestrian struck by a truck I had started to accept that my body/back would never be the same. I trained for years under Donal and now take regular classes at Triune. He was able to work through my injuries and I now believe my body is stronger than ever. The holistic approach to pilates has me hooked for life. Flexibility, core strength, balance, and general mind/body connection has me excited to explore pilates for the rest of my life. I enjoy the studio and all of the instructors.

Excellent Pilates studio! I commute from Shoreline multiple times weekly to take classes here. Quality instructors, fair pricing and small classes (six or less individuals). They also recently moved to the Moyer Foundation, which almost always has ample parking.

Great instructors and very personslized classes. I've taken from a variety of their teachers and enjoyed their different styles. All have had a sokid Pilates foundation and are able to customize tge workout to one's strength and skill level. Highly recommend!
