During their work at our home, they ran over and destroyed our daughter's new tricycle. The owner assured me he'd stop by to pay me for the tricycle. It was no big deal but then he never came. As I followed up a few times, he started to ignore me. This was after we'd paid him over $3000 on the spot to do the work at our home. It soured our experience that he promised to make it right then ignored us.

Quick to come out and commit to the job... three weeks later still hearing excuses why he can not start at committed time, ZERO follow up, ZERO follow through, would not answer emails, text messages or phone calls. I'm sure he does great work but the pains to get the work actually started are more than frustrating, more than I care to ever deal with again.
