Luis was so professional with the service. He even called to confirm that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. By not saying this other place Jackie services u-haul dealer made us run around 3 hours looking for a truck. But the person made it possible was from the brach of victory and lankershim!! She was so nice God Bless her and also Luis was awesome!! Out in 10 minutes with the rental.

Scott made the process so seamless for my company to get a cargo van day of. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. He thoroughly explained everything and I had no questions. (I always have questions haha) thank you Scott for all your help!
