Excessive Rate Increases. This is a very nice facility however after being a loyal customer for one year I received a rate increase of 45%! The first increase was 20% and came after my first three months. This was somewhat expected as the initial price presented as an introductory rate. But, less than a year later I was hit with another increased of 45% adding an additional $90 per month to the cost. On the plus side, this did give me the motivation I needed to get rid of a bunch of things that I wasn't using and didn't need to hold on to.

They will charge anything they want. My base rent went from $100 in May 2023 to $115 in January 2024 and now they increased to $150 July 2024 with NO notice. They will continue to increase and do whatever they want. Do NOT rent here. The manager is really kind and understanding but the company is shady and a SCAM!

Update on Friday, July 26 Reached out to support on email as the reply suggested 3 days ago and have yet to even receive an acknowledgement. Certainly no resolution or seeming intention to.

Original Review Quite enjoyed the facility and the initial service, but over a period of 1 year the rate went up by 50%. Started at $250 / month for a larger unit. Within 6 months went up to $295 and now I got notice that it’s $370.

I was clear that I was seeking a long term arrangement from day 1 and was willing to sign a multi year term. Narrative I got was, “while we don’t sign long term deals, we don’t change rates very much or very frequently at all.”

Disappointing.
