I've been using Trosper Self Storage for a few years now. I have so many complicated request, all which were met with complete and total satisfaction. The first time I used this storage, I was able to make all of the arrangements over the phone. After growing more stuff, I need to move up to a larger unit, again, met with total satisfaction. My property was safe and dry. I couldn't have asked for a better storage. They were always helpful in ensuring I was asking for the correct sized unit and would have one open and ready when I needed it. Thank you so much Alyssa and Leonard for always taking care of my storage needs, I look forward to using your facility in the future when the need arises.

If you're looking for an excellent and competitively priced place to store your belongings, you've come to the right place! The units are dry, clean, and secure. The grounds are well-maintained as well. The staff is helpful, informative,and thorough in communications and answering questions. Also, Leonard went above and beyond in helping me with some moving logistics, which really punctuates the genuine care they put forth for their customers. A+ rating!

To start on a positive the staff there is very friendly. The down sides however, they have only a few people managing multiple locations which means their is often no one there during the day and it can be very difficult to get ahold of anyone in person or on the phone. They have minimal security and this location is in a sketchy area and honestly I should have known better. I only had a unit for a few months here before it was broken into and all my items stolen. The only person who was remotely helpful afterwards no longer works there. I would recommend not using this place to store your items or at the very least make sure you have good insurance and do not use there insurance. Also recommend keeping a inventory of your items and documenting with pictures incase its broken into.
