My experience with the True-Blue team was excellent from start to finish.
I chose to call them, first, after canvassers visited my neighborhood -- they were polite and respectful of my time, and didn't push too hard. I appreciated that.
When they came out for an estimate, there wasn't any hard upsell -- the problem areas in my roof were clearly demonstrated so that the need was obvious. When we chose to proceed, they made clear recommendations about materials and cost tradeoffs.
After we signed the contract, the team was clear and pro-actively communicative about timelines (materials delivery, when crews would be on-site, etc).
The primary work crew was fast, friendly, very competent, worked with attention to personal safety, and took constant care to protect my home. Communication from the project manager was also pro-active and clear -- this was important on our job because we had to make some adjustments mid-job (the team discovered some rot in our siding that wasn't evident until after the old roofing material was pulled back).
Again, the need was clear, and the True Blue team quickly provided us with a clear and fair updated estimate, then coordinated to complete the additional work in a very timely manner.
Every member of the True Blue team was pleasant to work with, respectful of my time and property, and everyone clearly takes pride in their work.
