We just finished building our home with True Built Home. It was my very first home build, and I learned a lot. Working with True Built Home was the easiest part. The overall quality of the home and the excellence of the contractors hired by TBH went above and beyond my expectations. The friendliness and attentiveness of the TBH employees were incredible. From sales to project management, I felt they truly cared and were always a pleasure to work with. Don (our project manager) very actively monitored the project, and from the start of pouring the foundation to getting our occupancy, we had no delays.
When teaming up with TBH to build a home, make sure you are aware of the owner responsibilities. They're all stated very plainly in the contract, but this is your part of the job and you need to be on top of it. Make sure you hire good contractors ahead of time and get detailed bids, especially for excavation!
Overall, home building can be a very a stressful process, but True Built Home are an absolute pleasure to work with and they'll build you a high quality home. I don't foresee myself needing another home for a long time, but if I did, I would be excited to partner up with True Built Home again.
True Built Home did an outstanding job of helping us build our small “forever home” and our new 24’ X 60’ garage.
