I am truly a happy customer for life! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from True Elegance. My family and I planned a shore excursion from San Francisco to Napa and everything was perfect. Major shout out to Gayle! What an angel she is. She provided excellent recommendations (V. Sattui and Gott's are amazing if you are in Napa) and assisted with the scheduling. Furthermore, Tom, our driver is the sweetest man. He even made a special stop so that my family could take pictures in front of the Napa Valley sign. The prices are so reasonable and I have ZERO complaints. If I find myself in the bay area again, True Elegance will be my first call for any transporation need I have. Thank you all for making my cruise excursion day so special!

This was the best car service I have ever had. The driver was incredibly kind and friendly. Very polite and excellent manors. The car was clean and perfect. He was early so we did not have to wait and we arrived on time at our destination.
I highly recommend this car service!
