Dear True Gorge Stoves & Spas.
We can't thank you enough for coming through with our wood stove installation just in the nick of time (Dec. 23, 2015) despite the adverse weather conditions and a crazy driveway and an even crazier roof pitch. We lost power the next day, but had heat!
Chris and John were friendly, professional and worked quickly and efficiently, and we greatly appreciate the attention to detail (screws in the collar to keep it from being pushed out when we clean the pipe, perfect paint on the pipes, perfect placement of the stove, careful loosening of the jammed flue lever in the stove.)
All in all it was a great experience to do business with you. We will recommend you to our friends and family, and we'll be back!

When my gas heating stove died in the middle of winter, Greg, the technician, was willing to come to my house in the boonies where it's hard to get service, got to us within a couple of days, and did an outstanding job of fixing the problem at a fair price. He was quick, polite, friendly, and as a single woman, I felt very comfortable having him in my house. I'd highly recommend them. Thanks, True Gorge!

We were so impressed with our True Gorge experience. We wanted a Mitsubishi “split” installed at our small home. Rather than the common wall mounted unit, we wanted a floor mounted unit. The owner of True Gorge came to our house, made all sorts of great suggestions, answered all our questions, and provided us with a detailed proposal. There was no doubt that he thoroughly new the product line. A few days later, the very professional installers arrived and they had been made completely aware of the details and constraints. The installers respected our home including protecting the hardwood floors where they were working. They buttoned-up the project completely: Covering pipes, filling any holes with insulation and foam, and vacuuming the area. After the job was complete, we received a phone call to update the final invoice amount. The owner told us that, even though we might not notice, they hadn’t needed to used some parts in the proposal and he wanted to refund some money. This was a great experience and we highly recommend True Gorge.
