This is the second time we have used Dan Bayla for the purchase of a new home. We have done our homework and shopped around - Dan is the best out there. He's a clear communicator and works as hard as possible to make the home buying process as seamless as possible. We were especially pleased about his knowledge of the VA Loan process, as we've found other lenders are not as informed. We bought a starter home five years ago with Dan and have now landed in our dream forever home because of him and his efforts. Highly recommend - he won't let you down!

I am super happy and thankful that Daniel helped us with this home loan process because he was really very helpful and kind to us. He always solved all our questions, which believe me were too many! The whole team was super well prepared, the attention with which they helped us was incredible, as well as the promptness of their response. He was working so hard to find us the best interest rate that he didn't mind sometimes searching for it super early in the morning or late at night.
