Great experience! I rented a smaller inflatable that had a slide and pool for my son's 8th birthday. With COVID, I only had 4 kids so I figured a smaller rental was fine. When we inflated it, it was clear there was air escaping and it wasn't usable. I called the owner Ben and he told me that he would come and bring a different inflatable. He arrived about 30 minutes later with a bouncy castle twice the size. He charged me nothing extra and was willing to pickup at no added cost. My son was so excited when we blew the much bigger inflatable up. It made his day all the more special! I would highly recommend.
