I am extremely upset. I purchased clothing for Christmas for my daughter at the Tualip store while I was on a holiday in November. Last friday I checked online to see store hours, it said closing 9 pm.I took off from work early drove 2 hours to get there and they were closed at 4 pm. Apparently the person who manages or works at the store cannot be there after 4pm for "religious reasons".I asked if they could send me a label and I would mail my stuff back, and all I got was a nope ! They tell me I have to drive all the way back to do the return. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER buy from TR again.

We love this store!! The customer service is amazing so friendly and the jeans are quality made. I love the thick material they last for years and so damn cute⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing prices and even better staff. Eden helped me a ton with sizing and suggestions. Definitely would go again.
