True Water has been servicing our house for many years. I have always been completely satisfied with the care owner Chris Bash, has shown in making the water clear, soft and potable. Any questions I have ever had (especially now during this severe drought in Sonoma County) have been promptly, thoughtfully and satisfactorily answered. I really appreciate True Water's ability and competence.

Cannot say enough about the quality of service!!! I always look forward to hearing from Jordan to schedule the annual appointment. Chris always calls if he is running late. I never have a problem waiting because his service is always above expectations. Proud to recommend True Source Water Service!

Chris had replaced our water filters, inspection of the water system, & the annual process of maintaining the water system. He’s very clean, professional, & polite very good at his job. He’s done the job for 2 years now. He used quality materials, filters, etc. I highly recommend Chris to take care of your water softener system.
