They gave me and my family a welcoming spirit. It’s hard to look for homes and qualify financially great credit and great backgrounds we qualified for every home and yet we paid fees no one called back but Ashley and Desiree welcomed us found us a bigger house for our kids we qualified we filled out and had us moved in within 30 Days I would tell you every time tru door will Get you where you want and what you want no judgement yes I say judgement because we were accepted viewing then the looked at us being AA they did not call us back deposit ready move in ready and yet didn’t get a call I love tru door
On base of my recent experience with this property management I could say: Very professional, clear information, I’m quite satisfied as of today, regarding some starting issues, I would like to have a person to person communication and not only through txt messaging, because issues explanation are more complicated by texting, I personally consider more efficient a phone conversation. other than that everything has been working as expected.
