Lalin and Trulending Mortgage were recommended by my brother and it was a solid rec that I'm happy to share with the world. Lalin responded quickly to every email through the refi process, all of the paperwork except the final notary signing session was handled online, and after we'd started the process, he let us know when the 30-year fixed rate edged lower than in the first quote he'd sent us, when we had already said we wanted to move forward. If we ever need another home loan, we're going to Lalin at Trulending first.

My mom and I have used Trulending Mortgage four separate times, for both refinancing and new home purchases. My mom's first experience with Trulending was during the mortgage crisis of 2008. She had a flexible interest rate and she was no longer able to afford the payments. She contacted countless mortgage lenders and nobody even offered to help her until she reached out to Trulending. Lalin was able to find a solution and we were able to keep the property. If we had not found Lalin there is no way we would have been able to keep that house. Most recently, we purchased a new house and refinanced an existing property that closed at the same time. Lalin and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. They always were prompt to answer any the questions we had and were very responsive. Lalin would always make sure things were handled as soon as possible and that we met all the tight deadlines that come up during the home buying process. We both highly recommend Trulending to everyone whether you are a first time buyer, need to refinance to afford lower payments, or are purchasing your dream home. We will never be using anyone else with our future home loan needs.

I have used TruLending Mortgage for a couple of home loans. Working with Lalin and his staff is always a pleasure, and I have recommended him to several friends over the years. Lalin is responsive, answers questions, emails and/or texts promptly, and makes the home finance or refinance a pleasurable experience.
