Trumpia is the best fit for our non-profit after searching through almost every other similar platform. We do not have any developers on staff and Trumpia provides a robust and easy to use options for sending text messages to our community of stakeholders. We are able to customize our messages and create a custom flow for different types of responses. The tracking is easy to use which helps us do our work!

We have been a customer of Trumpia for years and love their level of engagement to make sure we are getting everything out of the product possible. We love that we can use their APIs to integrate with our enterprise seamlessly. We had many problems with past providers but it's been 100% smooth sailing with Trumpia over the past several years.

Our company switched to Trumpia once the pandemic hit. I didn't understand how to use it in the beginning (I'm not very techy) but they have a great team of people that will walk you through everything no matter how big or small the issue. The product works great and their support team answers questions in a timely manner, no waiting three-business days, they respond right away! My account manager is always checking in so that's a plus, it shows they value their customers. I love this product and wouldn't see us using anything else. I highly recommend their services!
