Davis and his work partner were awesome! My large yard was an out of control mess when I called him. Not only did someone answer the phone the first time I called, but Davis came out to give me a bid the very next day, and completed the work the day after that. He even came back the following day to clean up a little more, and do some extra work on top of that! An added bonus was watching him conquer a bees' nest! His price was very reasonable, his work was excellent, his communication was efficient and timely via calls/texting, and his punctuality was right on. He will now be coming back once a month to maintain my newly transformed yard!

I'm afraid I need to update my original review (below). I have used T&S (Davis) for the last 3 years for monthly upkeep. I recently had to fire them for poor performance. He stopped showing up, didn't communicate, left the job early (after they had been paid for hourly work), etc. I can no longer recommend them. It's a shame.
Davis and his crew did a great job on my property cleanup project. They showed-up on time (or at least texted beforehand to let me know they would be late) and worked HARD the whole time they were here. No damage to plants that we wanted to keep. Everything looks great and I will use them again and for other projects. Recommended!

Davis runs a top notch company with fast responses, on time arrival and thorough completion of work. Davis and Corey work very hard to make sure all scope of work is done, and done right. We will be using T&S Clean Up services for several other projects on our property. Fair pricing, do not hesitate to hire.
