As a patient of Dr.Tsai for the past 5 years I've never had a bad experience.........great staff, very professional, caring and considerate and most of all their patience with me as a (not so great) patient!!!

Customer service is terrible... not helpful at all... my first appt. Was cancelled because my insurance supposively was not active, second appt. Was cancelled as well because I was not scheduled... wonder why they have 2 stars.... avoid waisting your time do not go see them!!!

I have been seeing Dr Tsai the last few years for my blood condition. I have been receiving treatments and now feeling great!! The staff, the doctor, and the nurses are great !!
