Tsunami Cycle

My ebike fell off my bike rack going up a steep hill & was seriously thrashed. The handlebar was smashed on one side & I wasn’t certain what other damage was done. I was in Long Beach to pull my dog, who has cancer, on her last rides in her dog trailer - so I needed this bike. Despite being very busy due to the Kite Festival, Tony was able to assess & fix my bike within 24 hours! He not only replaced the handlebar and moved all the electronics & gear on it perfectly, but was able to give me a used mirror and do a safety check. Then he went above & beyond by greasing my chain, checking my disc brakes, and even cleaned the frame. When I walked into Tsunami Cycle to pickup my repaired ebike, it was shining! On top of this, his prices were reasonable. I feel very lucky to have found Tsunami Cycle. Tony is a great mechanic with excellent customer service skills. And if he can’t fix your bike for some odd reason, they have rentals too! I am thankful that now I get to take my dog on one last trip in her trailer. 5 stars indeed!

Thank you Tsunami Cycles. We rented electric bikes today and had a wonderful ride! Great customer service, with friendly knowledgable staff. When we dropped off our bikes there was a customer picking up his bike that they repaired for him...it was evident he too had a great experience. Recommend this place for rentals or repairs!

Had a great experience renting an e-bike from Ciara at Tsunami Cycle! I had a lovely ride along the discovery trial up to the North Head light house! Will be back to rent again!
