My landlord told me to text this guy to have a hole in the tub wall patched that was there before I moved in. I gave him the address and he was supposed to be there at 10am. I get a call around 11am and he states he's in the wrong spot and that his GPS took him to the wrong location. I don't see how that's even possible if you put in the complete address including zip code into GPS. Not to mention he could have contacted me sooner. When we spoke he said he'd have to think about whether he was still going to come out and then stated he would not be because it was too much driving for him in one day. I thought to myself wow this guy is incompetent. He was given the address by me and my landlord stated she gave it to him as well so he knew what town it was in. Maybe it was just an excuse because he forgot about the appointment, but either way neither my landlord or I were wanting to deal with him again. We had zero faith that he would do any quality work on the tub considering he was too incompetent to even find the place even after being given the address numerous times. You want to look for a repair person who is competent and reliable.
