In the process of building a new home, my husband and I used Tucker's for all of our kitchen appliances. Roger took the time to show us everything. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our experience with him was great. Great delivery guys, too. We recently went back to Tucker's to buy furniture. Seth was very helpful as well. When we couldn't find what we needed in the store, he took the time to show us what was available online. That's where we found what we were looking for...and although the online order was suppose to take up to 5-6 weeks, it came in 3 weeks. Delivery schedule was great. Everyone we dealt with there was great! In building our new home, my husband and I learned a lot about good customer service...Tucker's definitely has great customer service.

Great customer service! Was greeted the moment we walked in and helped all the way through, answered all the questions we had and even saw us off! Felt nice to shop here! They have a great selection of furniture at really good prices!

The parts guy in the back went above and beyond to help me with a part. Nice to see a Good Old Boy hospitality again.
