Tuffy is a great guy who knows what hes doing in this business. Ive known him for years and always called him when one of my appliances has a problem and he always finds a solution. Ill stick with him.

Just wanted to say thank you to Sal. He came through with the time patience and kindness I could only hope for as a mom with a full house hold in dire need of clean clothes. He fixed the problem in no time.

LG fridge with the linear compressor blew up. called the shop and the lady said he’d be out same day. tuffy came out, he didn’t call to make sure anyone was home but he apologized for that upon introduction and i was home anyways. told me what it would cost and he had the parts with him. made sure it wasn’t a slow leak that the compressor wouldn’t fix and explained other potential problems i might have with the POS LG. left some small wire clippings on the floor but not a big deal. fridge is fixed
