Amazing friendly and thorough~ I was so hesitant to find a new service shop that I put off my regular maintenance until I couldn't anymore. From the first phone call to set up my service appointment Turner's was so friendly and efficient. I got a next day appointment and was greeted with a smile as I stepped in the door. I unexpectedly had my grandson with me and it was a non issue too~ Nice clean waiting room and JW was quick to offer a toy for my grandson. We were able to peek through the doors at the neat car lifts and JW went over my entire service and all components of the very thorough inspection on the vehicle. Michael the young man that worked on my truck and performed the service also came in a spoke with me and I appreciated his input greatly. I feel very confident that if I need anything in the future for my truck maintenance or regular service that Turners will be there. I feel very satisfied that I am in good hands as part of the Turner family~ Thank you so much !
