Quality of suit coat, shirt and pants were great. Tailoring, even after two fittings, was subpar and the suit coat had a very obvious iron mark on the front of it. The owner was dismissive when brought up upon turning in. We will not be returning customers.
In response to your answer: We provided the prom date when the appointment was scheduled. If there was an issue with timing, then we should have been made aware of that rather than given an appointment. We were not made aware of any timing issues at any time. We also traveled quite a ways to come to your location to support your shop. We expected the service that we paid for, which isn't a lot to ask for. Furthermore, the pickup also took an hour, due to the measurements being so inaccurate from the first fitting, and it still was not correctly fitted. I'm sorry, but putting the blame on us really just further justifies the poor service that was received.
