We had an early family dinner at Twigs last week. We ordered Twigs Signature Fries for all of us. They were overseasoned with salt and pepper, nearly inedible. Hubby's handheld was tasty but not unique. I was surprised at how uninteresting the taste of the Kalua pork tacos were. Overall, we felt the service and atmosphere were good, but the food was forgettable.

Made a reservation about a week before for 7pm party of two.
It wasn't ready right at 7 but it was only a few minutes late.
We got a window seat and our waitress was really attentive and polite.
We had drinks of a Strawberry Refresher and a Huckleberry Mojito. Both very good.
For appetizers we had the Steak bites and Tacos, both were amazing. So delicious.
For dinner we had the filet steak and salmon. My husband said the steak was "okay" and I loved the salmon.
Our bill before tip was about $145.

We enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the shaded outdoor section overlooking the Columbia river. Kyla was our server and she was warm, welcoming and charming! She answered our questions about the menu confidently and gave us some great recommendations! The food was delivered beautifully prepared and promptly! I loved the halibut and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals too! The penne with steak looked amazing and the fish tacos were delicious (my wife let me try hers). The meal could not have been more perfect for our first visit to Vancouver! We will certainly make Twigs our regular spot whenever we visit! Thanks!
